Peter J. Addonizio, Esq. has over 29 years legal experience in both New York and New Jersey. As a trial attorney and advocate for the injured, Pete’s clientele benefit from a unique blend of experience and accomplishment. Pete’s practice focuses on serious and complex injury litigation in many areas including Motor Vehicle / Motorcycle / Truck accidents, Wrongful Death matters, Labor Law (construction site accidents) and Premises Liability cases.
Pete joined Alexander and Catalano, LLC in 2002. As litigation counsel, Pete has completed trials and conducted motions in the New York State Supreme Court, Court of Claims, Federal District Court, Northern District of New York and in Courts throughout New Jersey. He has also successfully completed mediations and arbitrations with positive results. He has argued before the Supreme Court of New York, Appellate Division, Fourth Department, and some of his decisions have been published. As an effective negotiator, Pete has succeeded in obtaining large settlements and structured settlements for numerous clients.
Prior to joining Alexander and Catalano, LLC, Pete was engaged in private practice in New Jersey for many years, and was associated with the large central New Jersey firm of Lomurro, Davison, Eastman and Munoz. In 1993, Pete established his own professional corporation for the practice of law. He handled a wide variety of injury cases as well as transactional and general litigation matters with excellent results.
As an active community member, Pete volunteers his time at Immaculate Conception (IC) parish, Fayetteville, New York, and he has coached teams in the Fayetteville-Manlius Little League, Pop Warner, and Youth basketball leagues. He is also a former Business Law Adjunct Instructor at Cazenovia College.
